Bramley: Swift - 3 - Adult feeding young in observers roof.
Chapeltown: Pied Wagtail - 1 - carrying food towards railway bridge
Firsby Res: Buzzard - 1 - Low over site. ; Swift - 1 ; Chiffchaff - 1 - Singing. ; Goldfinch - 1 ; Treecreeper - 1 - Calling in woodland.
Handsworth: Mediterranean Gull - 1 - Adult flying west wiith6 BHG at 06.40.A nice addition to the house list.
Morehall Res: Cormorant - 1 ; Great Crested Grebe - 6 - Pair with 4 juveniles ; Mallard - 30+ - Including female with 5 ducklings
Moss Valley: Yellowhammer - 1+
Orgreave Lakes: Little Egret - 9 - Record count this morning, including a colour-ringed bird - Orange with black 'K' on left leg and Black with white '6' on right ; Hobby - 1
Ravenfield Park: Moorhen - 3 - Adult with two fully grown chicks. ; Mallard - 5+ ; Mute Swan - 2 - Resident pair did not breed despite several attempts at Firsby. ; Kingfisher - 1 - Call only.
