  • Brownhills Lane: Greylag Goose - 64 - Feeding roadside ; Pink-footed Goose - 1 - Feeding with Greylags
  • Canklow Woods: Pink-footed Goose - 250 - c250 east at 09:30 ; Skylark - 3 - west at 09:30
  • Carr Vale NR: Pink-footed Goose - 1480 - in SBSG area; 1,280 mainly east in 11 skeins between 08:00-09:00 plus two late skeins (total 200) at 10:45
  • Cinder Bridge Field; The Tops: Yellowhammer - 1 ; Lapwing - 3 - in stubble ; Skylark - 7 - in stubble ; Red-legged Partridge - 20 - covey of 20+ ; Woodpigeon - 50 - c50; flock, S

  • Thrybergh Tip: Willow Tit - 1 - In with mixed flock of feeding tits, two of us only had eyes on one bird
  • Wentworth Estate: Buzzard - 4 ; Pied Wagtail - 20 ; Collared Dove - 1
  • Wentworth, Mill Dam: Kingfisher - 1 - Seen near house at western end
